Got my .no sorted in a day

Two other registrars told me they couldn't do a .no without a Norwegian organisation number. Northmark's local presence service handled it, explained exactly what the registry required, and the domain was live the next morning. They know these registries properly. Interface is dated but I don't log in often.

DNS panel is stuck in 2014

Support and registry expertise are genuinely great. The DNS editor is not. No bulk edit, no import from zone file, CAA records had to be added by support ticket because the dropdown doesn't include them, and there's no API at all. I point everything at external nameservers now, which works, but I shouldn't have to.

VAT handling actually correct

Small thing that matters: they validate the VAT number, reverse-charge properly, and the invoices are accountant-ready. Every other registrar I've used has made a mess of this and I've spent hours fixing it at year end. Prices are middle of the road and I'm fine paying that.

Solid, unexciting, does the job

Transferred six European domains in. Process was clear, the confirmation emails were in English as requested, and nothing surprised me on the invoice. 2FA is TOTP only, no hardware key support, which is my only real security gripe. Nothing here is flashy but nothing here has gone wrong either.

Redemption handled without panic

I let a .dk lapse by accident over the holidays. Emailed them expecting a fight and a huge fee. They quoted the registry's actual redemption cost with no markup on top, restored it within 48 hours, and sent me a note about enabling the expiry reminder digest. Genuinely good behaviour.
