A premium-leaning shared host aimed at small businesses and agencies who want cPanel without the oversold-server lottery. Kestrel Web caps accounts per node, runs LiteSpeed with NVMe storage, and includes free daily off-site backups plus a staging environment on every plan. Support is in-house rather than outsourced, with 24/7 chat and a two-hour ticket target. Pricing is higher than the budget crowd, and renewal is roughly 40% above the intro rate, which they publish on the pricing page.

No complaints about the service at all. Uptime has been perfect as far as I can tell and the backups have restored cleanly the one time I needed them. My gripe is purely financial - I signed up at the promo rate for 12 months and the renewal was a big enough jump that I had to think about it. To be fair they do publish the renewal number on the pricing page, which is more than most, but it's still a premium product being marketed at hobby budgets.
I moved a client portfolio and two small ecommerce sites over from a budget host in 2023 and the difference was immediate. No more 3pm slowdowns, no more "resource limit reached" emails. The staging environment on the shared plan is the thing I'd miss most if I left, I push changes there first and it has saved me twice. Renewal price went up as advertised and I still resigned without much hesitation.
Been with them 18 months. There was a rough patch in the spring where my node had two short outages in the same week - about 40 minutes total. They posted a status update and emailed an explanation about a failed storage controller, which I appreciated more than silence. Everything since has been clean. Speed is genuinely good, my TTFB is around a quarter of what it was on my old host.
Had a plugin conflict take my site down at 11pm on a Sunday. Chat picked up in about 3 minutes, the agent pulled the error log, identified the plugin and disabled it via SSH before I'd finished explaining. That's not first-line-script behaviour. Not the cheapest host by a long way but I've never had to escalate anything twice.
They did the migration of four WordPress sites for free and it took under a day. One site had a hardcoded old domain in the database which they flagged to me rather than silently breaking it. Small thing but it told me a lot. Panel is standard cPanel so nothing to relearn.

Service is excellent, I want to be clear about that. But I'm running one small blog with maybe 400 visitors a month and I'm paying business-tier money for capped node density I don't need. Downgraded to a cheaper host after my first year. If I ever run something commercial again I'd come straight back.
