Hearthstack is a fully managed host aimed at non-technical community owners: their staff handle migrations, modpack updates, offsite backups and config changes on request, with a Discord bot wired into the ticket system. Onboarding includes a call and a test restore before you go live. Prices sit well above self-service hosts and root-level access is not offered on any plan.

A human on Discord within ten minutes every single time, including a Sunday morning when our proxy fell over. They explain what they did afterwards instead of silently closing the ticket. The hardware is mid-tier and I know it - I'm paying for the people, and I'd make that trade again.
Handed over the SFTP details for the old host and they did the entire migration overnight, including plugin configs and the permissions database, which I had been putting off for months. We tested it together on a call before the DNS switch. For a community that is mostly not technical this is worth the premium on its own.
The managed part is genuinely managed. Modpack updates happen without me, backups are offsite and they've proven a restore twice, and they will write a config change for you if you ask nicely. The raw performance is fine but nothing special; our 80-player modded server sits at 17-18 TPS at peak and they insist that's normal for the pack. I'd pay more for a heavier CPU option if they offered one.
We reported chunk-loading lag on our 1.20 pack in March and got three rounds of 'have you tried reducing view distance' before anyone actually profiled the server. It was one broken mod, and they fixed it properly once they looked, but that was two weeks of a very grumpy Discord and a lot of me defending them to my own players.
Pleasant people, but there is no root, no container shell, and every small change becomes a ticket. I waited three days for a plugin version bump that would have taken me four minutes. If you want to actually operate your server this is simply the wrong shape of product, and the sales page doesn't make that clear enough.

Two years and no incident I had to be awake for. The panel is dated and the file manager crawls on a big world, but they have never missed a restore request. Renewal went up 8% last year with proper notice, which is fair enough.
