I'll be the contrarian here. I pay four euros a month, the box has been up since March apart from one reboot, and I've never needed support because it only runs an IRC bouncer and a small file share. Disk is clearly not what they claim, but if your expectations are low it is honest value.
Cancelled through the panel, received a confirmation email, and was still billed for the following two months. Getting the money back required a chargeback because the ticket went unanswered for nine days. Read the fine print. Or better, don't sign up.
Sold as NVMe. I measured 118 MB/s sequential write and about 3k random IOPS, repeated across three days and two rebuilds. Opened a ticket with the fio output attached and was told performance varies by workload. Thats not variance, that's the wrong hardware behind the marketing.

Third time this year the host has dropped mid-afternoon with nothing on the status page, followed by an email about completed emergency maintenance arriving after it came back. For five dollars a month I expected mediocre. I did not expect chaotic.
